Exercise goal

You have from Saturday morning until midnight the following Friday to achieve your weekly goal. Every time you achieve your exercise goal, you can choose between an instant reward like a coffee as soon as you achieve your weekly goal or wait to play your gameboard to earn Miles.
How to achieve your weekly goal:

Up to 100 points per day

Weekly parkrun and myrun

Up to 300 points per day

Race events

Up to 3 000 points per day

Up to 300 points per day

Get Rewarded

Choose between an instant reward or wait to play the gameboard to earn Miles. You can spend your Miles on a range of rewards - from coffees, smoothies and snacks, to movies, shopping rewards and much more using the Bankmed app.

Play the Gameboard

On Rewards Wednesday, you can pick a tile on your gameboard to reveal between 150 and 750 Miles. This means you're guaranteed a coffee or more for every goal you achieve.
