Bankmed Patient Survey

At Bankmed, your good health is integral to the Scheme and as such we are constantly looking at ways to innovate our products and services to better serve you. By working with industry role players and the feedback that we receive from you, help us identify opportunities to improve the healthcare system.

We are partnering with our administrator, Discovery Health, to offer you a platform to provide feedback about your healthcare experience.

By doing this, we are able to offer you the opportunity to participate in the patient experience survey. The patient experience survey aims to objectively measure patient feedback of the private healthcare system. The results of the survey are then shared with the Healthcare Professionals as well as with you.

The aim is to enable a co-ordinated approach towards a more patient-centred healthcare system, and to enable the flow of information between Healthcare Professionals and patients through sharing measurement of the performance of the system.
